For what you pay this place is great. Central location and the host in very hospitable, friendly and will always help you with anything you need. My fiance asked for some hot water for noodles and was also given chicken and eggs which is incredibly nice of her to do. Will be staying again when we are back in Ho Chi Min

Nice homestay, staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly tidy and clean. Bit of a language barrier and very much felt like we were staying in their house rather than a hostel. There is no elevator, and even though we knew this going in, it’s still a lot of stairs. Overall not bad.

It’s a decent home-stay. The room is spacious, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean. There is no lift in the building so you need to climb stairs but it was okay for me. The AC is not the strongest but it works and I appreciated the big window and the desk plus the OK internet speed. The family offers filtered water so get your water bottle ready. They were really kind to me, gave me fruits and offered me bits and bobs. The other big plus is that it’s super quiet there as it’s in an alleyway (but not one of those dodgy ones, it’s nice and clean), so you don’t hear the traffic from the high road. But Vien street and the bus station is like 15 minutes walk. It’s a great place to crash for a couple of days, even though the walls and the doors would benefit from a quick kick of fresh paint.

Me and my gf liked this place alot. First we slept in the second floor for two nights and the only problem was the AC; it wasn’t cool enough. Forgot to mention about it though, sorry! But after that we moved to top flood and AC worked excellent. Water pressure in this room wasn’t the best but we managed to live with it. Also the bed was a bit too hard for me. The owner is very nice even though her english isn’t yet that good. But we had a nice conversations using Google Translate since she wanted to offer us breakfast before we leave the city. See the picture attached. Location for the place is good, local and quiet area. There are some annoying roosters though so get a earplugs just in case. They might sort it out in a few days so maybe they’re not the problem after a week. There’s also LOTS of vegetarian restaurants and food stalls nearby. Closest is about 10m away from the front door.
