Super convenient & cost hotel very close to the Opera. Rooms are small but very well optimized, and all the staff is helping to improve the stay with some nice words. The breakfast is ok, nothing more - could be improved here.

I would recommend this hotel to everybody when visiting Paris. 1. The location was excellent to explore the city, even by foot. 2. The service and staff were so great. One of the best experience I already had. 3. The rooms were a bit smaller, but very neat.

The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, that's the only positive thing we found during our visit. The rooms and halls are small, and we even found a pizza box in our room, which wasn't a big deal for us. We chose this hotel hoping for a peaceful rest after a day of full touristic activities, but that wasn't the case. Every morning, construction noise started at 8 AM, and it was so loud that even if you were deaf, you could feel the vibrations of the drilling in your bed. Considering that the sun rises at 8:45 AM in Paris, we were forced to wake up in the darkness. When we complained to the reception, all they said was, "we are sorry." We asked to change our room, but they said it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked. We questioned why they didn't inform us about the situation before we checked in, and all they could say was, "we are sorry." So now, I want to warn all potential guests: there's construction on both sides of the hotel, and there's no chance you can sleep after 8:00 AM. As we observe, construction in the building next to hotel will continue for a longer time. Thanks, 10 Opera, for turning our Paris vacation into a tiring experience and not helping us solve the issue you were awared of but we didn't. I absolutely adore this hotel! Tucked in the heart of Paris, this oasis offers everything. The room was perfect for me. My room (106) had a furnished terrace, a bathrobe, coffee machine and even slippers! The lobby area provides sparkling or still water and also a coffee machine to use anytime It felt so magical. Vladie at the front desk is an absolute gem! Her bright smile and friendly personality explained the room to me in detail so I knew what to expect in the hotel. She was extremely helpful whenever I asked a question. This is now my favourite hotel in the whole world and can’t wait to go back!

Very nice hotel, perfect location near the opera, safe environment felt good also at evenings. The double room we stayed in was very small, but comfortable and the bathroom was comfortable. Hot water in the shower and wide sink. Big windows in the room and in the shower, with good curtains. Soundproof windows did their job. We didn’t had breakfast but it looked rich and tasty. The receptionist named Ants and all other staff were very nice and willing to help. In conclusion, perfect hotel for decent price, highly recommend.
