Room is decent. Pillows were too flat even if 2 were provided. Had to fold them into 2 to feel more comfortable. Service decent as well, check in counter and cleaning ladies. Location is excellent. Near fa yuen Street and Prince Edward Station but no lift access from nearest exit. Can take bus and change to go to airport. Supermarkets within walking distance! Crossed the traffic lights for a specialised store in meats for my goose rice fix. SO GOOD.

Prices were great when I had booked a monthly stay, PROS the hotel rooms is quiet, clean, great location, I also remember our room had free sim card that gave a little free data. CONS there was something wrong with the temp control for the ac, it was either always too cold or gets too humid/warm when adjusting temperatures between 1-2 degrees, it was pretty uncomfortable for long term stay. I gave it a 3 star on the service because I was staying there for a month and asked for another chair, the hotel rep told me they did not have any extras. Since my stay the price rose about 40% and you could possibly find better near the area with amenities like a pool/gym which the hotel lacks.

A clean and decent hotel. The room was bigger than expected which we could still open both of our luggage at the same time. Toilet was modern and clean too. Downside was that their hairdryer is drilled to the wall of the toilet so if someone is using the toilet, you can’t use the hairdryer too. Hotel staff at the reception was always very polite too. Location was ok with a bus stop just 2 min walk away and less than 5 min away from Prince Edward MTR station. There’s a 711 and a shopping mall called Moko nearby and there’s a street market that operates in the morning. It would have been better if there’s an airport bus stop nearby too as we had to either walk a long distance to reach the airport bus stop in Mongkok or change bus to one or change MTR line to reach AirPort Express. If you are looking for the MTR exit that has lift from MTR station to ground floor, it’s exit E near Union Park Centre. Overall, will still recommend this hotel if you are looking for one in this area.

- Clean and well-maintained hotel. - Convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the MTR Prince Edward - The hotel has nice decorations, creating a pleasant ambiance. - The hotel does not provide water drinking - Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant and clean environment with a convenient location near the MTR. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, creating a comfortable stay, the hotel staff also very helpful
