Please read reviews by real people before u book this so-called hotel. We arrived, and despite pre paying, they wanted 20. 00 deposit for keys , first room , was a disgrace, no toilet rolls, 1 towel , no working TV, no light working, and very, very dirty. Staff attempted to rectify, however, impossible.The next room they gave us was to the same sub-standard level. No management on to give us our money back so we could find another hotel and needed to get to central London for a show which is 45mins by tube. So we're unable to hang around and sort the issue out. The beds are auful everything is second hand including the pillows, they were flat . The sheets were discoloured cover up the mattress the sheets , we old and a 19 century blanket underneath. Hostels are cleaner and more comfortable. Breakfast is over the road 6 mins walk,located in an Italian pizza restaurant. The breakfast was thrown at us without asking what we wanted. No toast , just bread thrown in a pizza over , cold sausage , bacon was lovely, and owner was lovely .

Cleaned and big room with some tea and coffee stuff in it. Staff was very helpful. Excellent for the price. Bus stop in front of the hotel.Stayed for 5 nights and found that everything was perfect.

The hotel is very very small with tiny rooms auch that there is almost no place for luggage, the staff is rude ,tv doesn't work but WORST of all the rooms are DISGUSTING incredibly dirty !! Stained sheets , stained towrls , hair on the bed after just checking in bugs in the light, dust everywhere they say they change the sheets and do housekeeping every 4 days so you get 1 towel for 4 days however I do not think that the room was cleaned in a YEAR! Please avoid as you will waste your money!
