The hotel absolutely met my expectations. It was the cheapest in this area in December. There is no breakfast but they offer free coffee and e.g. muffins until 11 a.m. (also easy to take away). The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day even when we hung out the "do not disturb" sign, they just came later when we were no longer in the room. When it is colder outside, you should dress a little warmer when sleeping. Many of the attractions are within walking distance (max 30-40 min). All in all - good place for New York Manhattan visits.

This hotel is great. It has all the facilities needed and offers a good access, due to its location, to Manhattan. The room is clean, big, confortable. There is water disposers, a gym, a wonderful rooftop. There’s even a little breakfast ( some pastries) which was a really good surprise. It was a very pleasant stay.

One of the better affordable rooms in New York City. The room itself was spacious. It was not the cleanest but not super dirty either. There was a bit of mold in the washroom. The staff were really nice. They have a grab and go breakfast bar which consists of a few pastries. They're not the best but it is better than nothing. The location is quite good. It is a quick walk to the metro station.

My Wife and I have been travelling all over America from Australia for our Honeymoon. The service has been great and we are very easy to please. This hotel was the worst place we have stayed. The room was much tinier that we thought, we actually didn’t even have room for our bags. The people at the front desk were different almost everyday. We had issues with the lift throughout our stay, at times only one lift worked of the three. So I had to take the stairs from the 15th floor, this would have been a huge issue for patrons with mobility issues. The ladies that service our room were outstanding and the location is great. I always look to give a 5 stars but this place was poor.
