Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. The downsides: Bathtub does not drain properly, it will fill up rather quickly. They charge 10€ per day for AC, which was not mentioned on booking website Shocked! Overall if you need somewhere to crash and take a shower then this is great.

Good location, close to Vatican and public transportation. Rooms are small. Prepare to carry your suitcases for a flight or too. Has a roof garden where you can enjoy reading a book or drink a glass of wine (bring your own glasses, the room has only plastic ones). This place does NOT have refrigerator, microwave or coffee machine. Also, the a/c is not on by default - you will have to get a remote at the front desk and there might be a charge for it. Most people have problems finding a front desk - use the stairs, not an elevator. The bathroom has a bidet, which is nice. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, as well as a food store, and bars.

Very basic rooms with everything you need if you're looking for somewhere to shower and sleep. It's location is within short walking distance to many beautiful restaurants and cafes and the train / bus stations. The staff is what makes me suggest coming here for anyone. Nothing but helpful and kind. They will have a conversation with you and take interest in your travels and how your day went. Always greeted with a smile

THE WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN! The guy on the front desk is suuuuper unprofessional and not kind. He said that we have to wait the Uber outside the reception. The air conditioning is paid (I’ve never seen this before), there’s not even a coffee as a courtesy. The amenities is not enough for a room with 4 people. I don’t recommend, specially because of the rude guy on the front desk.
