Very horrible service. The reception guy at night check in times doesn't comply to any requests and is very vulgar. The hot water is very dirty and is unbatheable. The only pro of this hotel is it's location. You are better off going to any other reputed and well rated hotel rather than this hell and spoiling the entire mood.

Room Service,room,food was good so I thought I'll give a 5 star,but they betrayed me as they mention that they gonna provide pick up and drop off service which didn't apply on me.i notify them that my flight is at 11pm and has to check-in 2hrs early but they didn't care(Such a poor costumer service) So I have to book a cab.because of them I was about to miss my flight..I would not recommend this hotel, really very disappointing.

Not recommended for family. Whole hotel is stinky and smells of smoke and moss. Very small rooms and bathroom. Insects, AC doesn't work. Only food is good and reception people are very good and helpful.
