Great valued hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. A easy walk into town for anything we needed. Parking on site.

The stay was great and fine at the same time. It felt expensive once seeing the inside of the room, but I am not sure in context of the region, as this is the most expensive part of Italy. The front guy desk was SO nice, and helpful. My friend and I were on the second floor facing the road. It would have been nice to have the door open to have fresh air, but it was so loud with motorcycles passing by constantly - even with ear plugs. View was nice. Shower was warm/hot every night except the last one. Wifi was good, we were both able to take some work Zooms at night. Breakfast was AMAZING but only 7:30 - 9:30 am, which I thought was odd. I hiked in Patagonia recently and you could get breakfast earlier than 7:30, which makes sense because some days you are starting the hikes really early. For example, driving 45 minutes to Tre Cime after having breakfast at 7:30 puts you at risk for not being able to park. Thankfully the super awesome front desk guy was able to pull us some nonperishable breakfast items and put them in our room the night before. We had two twin beds - comfortable, both had 2 pillows, very twin-sized feeling :) Since we stayed in June, weather was perfect, not sure how freezing the room would be in winter. We drove to the city center twice and parking in the lots was cheap/easy (free after 20:00 pm). Overall we loved being outside of the city center and it was the perfect stay for us to go on hikes every day. We booked a little last minute and there was almost no rooms left here/other places. Overall, I'd recommend. Have fun in the Dolomites! Also, eat at Agriturismo El Brite De Larieto. It was our favorite meal.

A nice hotel, but expensive (maybe not relative to other hotels in Cortina). Room was big and beautifully furnished with wood furniture and big windows, and a great view, but on the main road so very noisy. Breakfast good, not great. staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is not in Cortina, there is parking at the hotel. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Cortina by a pedestrian way which is really nice.

Pros: fast WiFi, parking lot, staff provided recommendations for dining/parking in the city, assigned tables for breakfast dining, clean, comfortable/separate covers Cons: No air conditioning, room air felt stale, older facilities, large bathtub but door did not cover the whole tub, squeaky bed and flat pillow, not steady flow of hot water but mostly fine Breakfast: self serve coffee machine, yogurt dispenser, cereal, cuts of deli meats and cheese, mini hot dogs, bacon!, dry tarts, warm croissants, sliced bread, hard boiled eggs, apples Note: Bread loaf had mold on it! They quickly replaced it after I told them. Parking in the city is free after 8pm but there’s plenty of lots and little street parking. Our room had a patio that overlooked the mountains! Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here in early Jan 2022 for 5 nights. Booked direct which was cheaper than Booking dot com etc and I must say the price was very good. The location is a short drive from all the various ski lifts but without a car it would be 2 busses to get anywhere. There is free parking but it might be problematic when fully booked There is a good ski/ boot room with a heated boot rack. The bedroom was a good size in fact too big for the radiator, it was frequently cool in the evening no matter how much one played with the controls. By contrast there was always piping hot water in the shower and basin and the room was cleaned and tidied every day Its always a disappointment when the "double" bed is in fact two singles side by side but even more disappointing was havimg single duvets...... Breakfast was a cold buffet, ham, cheese (very) hard boiled eggs, cereals, croissants, yoghurt fruit, eat as much as you like. A machine that dispensed all types of coffees and very good hot chocolate. Good value but the same old same old every day. There is no restaurant or bar which in the evenings leaves the hotel feeling a little soulless, this is compounded by the fact the staff all leave just after 8pm. The staff when present are however very friendly and helpful They recommend two restaurants in town but again you need a car or like long walks . Overall a very well deserved 4 stars based on value for money but lacking in the atmosphere that would have made it 5.
