Title: Disappointing Experience at Hotel Alicante Golf & Unprofessional Spa Services I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Alicante Golf and utilizing their spa services. To say that my experience was disappointing would be an understatement. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment had serious issues with service, room quality, food, and professionalism. Firstly, the service at Hotel Alicante Golf was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guests’ needs. It felt like they simply didn’t care about providing a pleasant stay except the reception team and The manager Rabab they tried their maximum to help and to give their best thank you reception team The room I was assigned was in poor condition. It was not only outdated but also poorly maintained. Dirty malfunctioning fixtures, and an overall lack of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It was clear that the hotel did not prioritize the comfort of its guests. The food quality at the hotel was another letdown. The meals served were of subpar quality and lacked variety. It was disappointing to see such a limited . Waiters I think they do not know abc hospitality they don’t say even the word hello and no smiling .Dining at the hotel was an underwhelming experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The spa at Hotel Alicante Golf was equally disappointing. The staff, especially the receptionist or the coordinator of the spa very aggressive I want to tell her you have a very bad behavior including a freelance hairdresser, displayed unprofessional behavior. Appointments were not respected, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. The hairdresser’s work was substandard and far from what one would expect from a reputable establishment. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Alicante Golf and my experience with their spa services were marked by poor service, inadequate room quality, disappointing food, and unprofessional staff. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel and spa for your next visit, as it fails to meet even the most basic expectations of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom was unfortunately disgusting. The ceiling was leaking, the wall was wet, and it was moldy. The water didn't drain through the bathtub's drain. As a result, the water stayed in the bathtub for a long time, discoloring the side of the tube. When the tube was finally emty, you could see the dirt. The bathtap was about to fall out from the wall, every time, we tried to use it. Around the bathroom everything was moldy as well, the tiles, the water sprout. It was not just disgusting, but a health hazard. "What was even worse was that the hotel manager ignored our issue. We couldn't speak with him in person, he didn't respond to our letter, and later, he claimed falsehoods, believing that the problem is resolved. I've never been so disappointed in a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it was an extremely negative experience."
