They have just modernised front of house, the rooms are a little dated but comfortable. They have aircon but it’s just a loud noise blowing some air, you might aswell just turn it off and leave the windows open. In 3 years of visiting I’ve only ever had 1 meal that I haven’t been happy with. Friendly staff and service is decent! Parking for 4 vehicles at the front and some underground parking available. Rewe, lidl and Aldi all in walking distance

The staff are a joke. They charged me double for food, I paid at reception and again when checking out, only realised when after I'd left so went back 3 time's and they wouldn't sort this for me. Unbelievably rude and ignorant manager.

I stayed at room #136 , the proce was ~62€/day. The hotel undergoes remodelling so the reception and first floor is under serious rework. good premises but occasionally worn down and needs some attention, also questionable cleaning service. My walls were freshly covered with wallpaper and good solid wood-like decor, however mold on the shower cabin walls (at the bottom) and shower head & shower stand , dirty & ripped curtains in the bedroom. My duvet cover had several stains like someone stand on it after washing, and pillows are cheap slim synthapone ones o_0. mini fridge is connected but not working. no hygiene mini samples provided in bathroom - only 3 in one liquid (soap/body/hair), at least i hoped for a lotion and makeup removal servettes; totally no garbage bags in the bins - not typical for a 4-star hotel. However, they probably just save on guests during remodelling, thus the low price but absence of stuff. Other than that - the hotel is nice, unusual arhitecture, glass elevator, desk with a chair and plenty of wall plugs and storage space. Ah, and totally not usable WiFi. And funny smell that doesn't go away even after keeping windows open for a night. So, rather never again. Location=close to the subway but really far from city centre and any life.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Frankfurt, and i am glad I found this one. Breakfast is extra and you can choose each day if you want it or not. There was a great choice for breakfast, i would recommend the pancakes. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can charge an electric car in their underground garage 25€ per day, there are other spaces for other cars too , some of the spaces are on metal ramps that have a weight limit so check the weight of your car. I think the weight limit was 2000KG Easy access from the garage to the hotel. I stayed there when it was very very cold , the room heating was easy to change and it heated up the room to my temperature within just a few minutes. Bathroom didn't have the most powerful shower 🚿, but it was nice and clean. See the picture. Free wifi during the stay.
