One of the few places in Copenhagen that has actual single rooms. I had a really nice two-night stay at a really good price. I had chosen to have breakfast included. Given the price, I wouldn't next time.

Do not recommend. The location in Copenhagen is very good. This is the only positive feature of the hotel. The room we were in is nothing like the photos. Elevator is out-of-order. Very slow service at check-in. Misleading advertisement that parking is a feature. I do not expect a 5-star experience when I book a hotel like this. I would appreciate accuracy in the listing and for basic accommodation needs to be provided.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, as pictured on website. This hotel is owned and operated by the same as the pub it is connected to. We arrived before check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags, and on check-out they again allowed us to leave our bags late as we had a late train. One night we were snacky, and the pub happily made us some food around midnight. I don't understand the reviews about cold or rude staff, as we had the opposite experience. The building is being remodeled, and some of it is outdated, but overall I would recommend.

We were supposed to stay here for 3 nights but on the first night we had BED BUGS (see pictures). There were almost 20 or 30 bedbugs in each bed, really disgusting. We had to wait until 6am to check out and make sure we had our refund for the 3 nights (we did and the refund was done really fast, no objections made by the hotel) and we went to another hotel for the remaining two nights, which we obviously had to book on that same day. Besides that, the hotel is really really NOISY. There is a bar downstairs owned by the hotel and the noise went up to 3am, impossible to sleep. If you can FIND OTHER OPTIONS, I don't recommend this experience at all.
