Just around the corner from the train station, so super convenient, there is even an small supermarket nearby. As with all places near train station, at night the streets are a bit shady. Terrace is beautiful, room is clean with strong air conditioning, no shampoo only soap, that's fine fo me. Staff is super professional and kind, after we check out I ask if we can wait here for our train, the answer is all the time we need, and they switch on an air conditioning just for us! If I am coming back, this is the place I want to stay.

I can’t give more than 2 stars due to the dishonest business practices of this hotel. I booked a room at the 3 star Hotel Annabella but was downgraded to a 2 star room at Hotel Lilium which is in another building. One of the reasons why I booked the Annabella was because the website advertised the rooms as having smart televisions with access to streaming services. My partner and I enjoy watching some Netflix after a long day of walking around. However, the televisions in Hotel Lilium were not smart televisions and we could only access Italian channels. Very disappointed as I don’t think it is mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website that they might downgrade you to a 2 star room in another hotel.

We approached the hotel for change in dates or partial refund as we could not make it due to family emergency. The staff was not very helpful and just cut short the conversation in 2 sentences that they will not refund any money and cannot help in anyway. All the other hotels in our trip were very nice and offered change of dates or vouchers to help us and were open to multiple conversations with us, but not Hotel Anabella Roof Terrace.
