Fantastic hotel option within walking distance of everything a visitor would come to see, with the added bonus of being away from the most busy areas. The breakfast is excellent, and the nearby cafes and restaurants are lovely as well. I also can't say enough about the amazing staff. I had a very difficult situation with a package needing to be sent back to the USA and in desperation asked the hotel manager for help and she took care of the entire thing for me, connecting me to the best option and helping me to understand what would be best for a solution. The small twin room is perfect for a budget stay and even has a nice large tub in the bathroom. Great option! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful location, peaceful but so easy to get to the historic centre and many many restaurants on your doorstep. Recommend the rooms with a terrace as spacious and great views of nearby gardens. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location. Around 30 min walk to the town centre and very close to some amazing restaurants and live music which the staff recommended. Very welcoming and helpful staff, tasty breakfast. The building is lovely, has lots of history and character. Only real downside is the rooms. Yes, we expected them to be dated, but the bath and sink were very rusty and unfortunately detracted from the cleanliness. They offer parking at €25 - 35 a night, but we parked around a 20min walk away for €30 for 2 nights. Overall, would recommend if on a budget.

Im gonna start off by saying service was amazing perfect, SO helpful and kind. All the staff made the place worth it. There was an outside area that was very nice to have also. Sadly, our AC was not working and the double bed was two small beds joined together so we were kind of divided. The bathroom was also really old and cleanliness did not reflect the price point. Again, staff was absolutely amazing and helped us organize where to go eat around Florence

I loved the old furniture and high ceilings. Everything was filled with history. We had a spacious room and everything was clean. I’m always paying attention to the bed sheets and they were excellent in Annalena - clean and crispy. The staff was friendly and helpful. And most importantly the hotel has a great location in the part of the city that is less touristy. I see people complained about the breakfast, we didn’t have that option so I cannot comment on that. Otherwise, it was totally worth the money we paid.
