Multiple issues with this hotel: 1) Showed up early to explore Nice. Dropped our bags off, but they were so disorganized they couldn't find them after and asked us to come into the back room to look for them ourselves 2) Booked a triple room (1 double 1 single) online, but upon checking in, we were given a quad room with 4 singles. 3) WiFi is weak, slow, and randomly disconnects. 4) A/C is weak and doesn't really respond to the controls 5) Building generally has an "old" smell to it 6) Floors are all carpeted and feel a bit old. Also the colour makes it hard to tell if it's clean. 7) Staff are slow and don't really know what they're doing. On more than one occasion, the entire front desk was staffed with interns and the supervisor wasn't available. On the plus side, the shower has good water pressure, and the location is excellent. Overall, I would not return. Despite the good location/shower, I'd look for somewhere better.

Much nicer than we were expecting! Virtually brand new and the rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Disadvantages were that the street was noisy and there was only one socket in room for charging phones etc. Breakfast is actually in the next hotel along but was great, lovely selection of cooked and cold continental style food.

I didn't have the best of experience during my stay. The room was clean and the bedcovers were neat. However, the check-in and check-out was in a different hotel. Plus, despite the brochure in the room saying that dinner is served until 10pm, the receptionist informed me the bar closed already at 9.30pm and they have only lunch options and no dinner. That was a big disappointment. And the ac or the heater (whatever that was) made this horrible horrible noise. A complete disturbance.
