Comfortable bed but very dated rooms with facilities that have definitely seen better days. I didn't even have the consolation that other guests apparently did, that the hotel is close to attractions, as it wasn't even that close to my work. Really not worth the money ... unless you are dumb enough not to check reviews (like me) or desperate for somewhere to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Location is okay but not great. Filthy and very tiny room. Smelly toilet as well. Staff are nice, though. They don’t keep luggage for guests for early check-ins and after check-out. I would not recommend.

Welcoming is horrible. The moment I arrived the receptionist Levin welcomed me by telling what services they don't offer, namely the custody of luggages. Which is something to say in the description, so you know before you book. The magnetic key wasn't working, went down to fix this, he said it was my fault because I kept it close to my phone, which wasn't the case. The wifi was not working, he again told me it's my phone, was very aggressive and rude so I told him I wasn't happy about how he was managing the issue and he replied he wasn't happy about me! Since when the receptionist has to be happy with a client?!? The heating was mild, I asked to send someone to fix it, + a blanket cause I was freezing. I waited one hour, freezing, because he said he couldn't leave the reception. The rooms are old. Outside the bathroom was a sort of hole hidden by the moquette. The shower head small, set too high and full of limestone so the water wasn't flowing properly. Curtains not fully hanged so they didn't close completely. The receptionist Yussef is kind.

The room does not have air conditioning, they give you a fan but it is not enough in summer the room gets so hot!!!, on top of that, they charged me €50 for a breakfast that I never had even though I specified that I did not want it when I checked in, also, they claim that there is not space to take care of your luggage for a few hours when you check out, is the first time this happens to me, is not an obligation but expending 3 nights there you expect to be able to leave your luggage for a few hours before you leave the city. The room was clean, bed clothes as well,
