A nice hotel other than a bit difficult to find initially. Once there, it is actually in the center of town. Walking distance from bus station and car rental. I took family room. Kept us warm during this cold winter , good shower and warm smelling toiletries. Towels are plentiful and rooms are clean. Breakfast and restaurant food is average.

If you are unfamiliar with Cortina, it may be hard to find, but once you know where Aquila is, you will find it easily. It is a historic building, but the amenities are modern. Our room was comfortable, and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was expansive. We left before breakfast was served on our last morning, and they left us a bagged breakfast at the front desk (a nice touch). And the views from our balcony were wonderful (see the picture).

We stayed for six nights during our holiday and it was pretty good. The service was good. Everyone was very helpful, English friendly and the location is great. There were some noisy nights over the weekend as the hotel is right on the square where there are several restaurants. The wifi was also nonexistent. The beds we're very comfortable! The hotel is dated and the bathroom fans are no good. Make sure you shower with the balcony door open to let out all the moisture. The included breakfast is limited and we got sick of it in the end. Overall I feel the cost per night was a bit over priced for what it is.
