The place itself is really sketchy. The receptionists are really nice, the beds are comfortable but the walls are paper thin - i could literally hear everybody whisper there and someone was banging at the floors super hard. There was a bit of mold here and there, holes in the matresses and the doors couldn't close properly. I slept really well though!

Shocking disgusting state how these rooms are rented out above the 4th floor. Dirty stained carpets and stinky. Definitely not worth the price paid. The reception staff however are very helpful but seriously for the room we stayed in it should have been for free.

This room was booked by the company where I work so i reconsidering my future work in this company and booking rooms in this Hotel 😅 Maybe they have rooms which don't shock guests, but I had a bad experience. If you plan to stay there then definitely take bed linen set .

For the price - hotel is amazing. Smoking rooms = best because you can smoke inside and also drink. We met new years in Warsaw with my bros and we spent a lot of time in beds (separately, ofc). They were very comfy and you could cover yourself like a cocoon with cigarette smell in the air slowly putting you to a trance. Loved every second. Hopefully I come back...

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews because I generally had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Location is pretty solid considering there's a bus that gets to the Central Station in half an hour. Rooms are generally clean and neat (I'm on the 5th floor). The only slight complaint is that the sounds of water flowing through the pipes when someone is showering is a bit loud, but that is not a huge issue. Breakfast is at O3 hotel but the food there is great with quite a nice variety of food choices. Overall recommended.
