I do not recommend it to anyone! I booked with them on Booking and canceled during the free cancellation period because I couldn't travel and they charged the first night at the moment of cancellation. I haven't been able to access my money since. The hotel claims to have released the money, but meanwhile my bank says it has not received any cancellation from the hotel. They are unreliable...

Excellent location with proximity to subway and other key attractions. Staff were very helpful and great customer service. Only downside is the building is quite old and could use some upgrades. Shower drain kept backing up with a bit of an odour. Otherwise everything was great especially the staff who were always so helpful.

Location is supreme. Everything is close by, restaurants, luxury shopping stores, and train stations that helped guide us through the city as we visited tourist areas. Our first time visiting Paris and Arc Elysees was the best choice for our stay. We were incredibly close to all the train stations in the area. A few minutes walking distance from restaurants, shopping stores, and of course the Arc de Triomphe! Our room was a great size, and very comfortable for our stay. The hotel managers and cleaning staff were super friendly and kind to us. A smile each day, day in and out. The rooms were soundproof as construction was being done a block away from our stay and we didn't hear a thing until we walked outside. The only downside to our stay was the double bed, which is no fault of the hotel or staff, it is common to use double beds in European hotels, and our bathroom had a lingering drain smell, which would come and go throughout our stay. Overall, an excellent stay that will definitely have us visiting again in the future for our next visit!

People please be aware of this hotel!! It’s pics are deceiving the rooms are nothing I repeat nothing like pics shown…l… it’s tiny and dirty and claustrophobic… we had reservations for 3 nights but could barely make it we chked out the next day early … thr ac made constant noise at night literally every 15 minutes all night long there was a big spider on the ceiling unfortunately my husband got rid of if it before I took a pic …. It’s a dirty place … we told the people at the front desk of the issues in the room they didn’t offer any discount when we said we were chking out bc of the issues … location is ok but u can get better for that price … we chked out in the morning and found a wonderful place few blocks away which was cheaper beautiful and clean and the rooms looked like a hotel rather than a motel…. Horrible experience!!!
