If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the worst services I’ve ever seen. The towels was already dirty when I got them , but they blamed it on me. They were finding ways to charge me. For no reasons. Literally the worst. I will definitely never recommend anyone to come here again. You people find ways to charge people when they have nothing to do with it. Your bed sheet and towels was already stained when it was in the room. Worst service. Water pressure was bad.

Worst experience ever in my life. I understood if they have water supply issue but the solution was really poor. They promise to solve in 2-3 hours, but they did not solve it till 12 midnight. My family decided to check out on that instant and called the manager, then asked me to give him chance till 1 AM to solve. For me, I can’t consider 9 hours of my patience for the manager “give me chance 1 hour”. So YES, 1 star is my best review for the worst hotel I stayed.

Probably a change of management, this was once our favourite place to stay when we visited JB. Room was dirty (lots of dust under the table), broken lamp & it was smelly when we arrived. Reception was handled by a foreigner & no more local as it used to be.
