Friendly service and clean but most definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms mediocre, broken shower door so couldn't use it, not soundproofed, asked for coffee packets which were never sent to room. Breakfast however was acceptable. Nothing to see or do nearby so location only good if you specifically need to be in that area. Not a terrible hotel but certainly nothing special. Won't stay again.

They boast about them being a 4 star establishment but I could not tell. The room they "upgraded" us to was next to the sport room and above the kitchen. We heard banging the whole time and could not sleep well because it was so hot in the room. We told the receptionist who was not concerned at all. The thermostat doesn't work to adjust the temp. It is controlled from somewhere else. They never have change so they get to keep the rest as a tip. Their attitude changed once we asked for the change. Ordering a cappuccino i waited over half an hour for while people came in after us and were served promptly. The waitress with the brown hair walked around the whole time looking like she was angry about being there. I will never stay here again. It's a shame but the cheap hotel we visited at lunchtime treated us better. This hotel manager looks at people like they're trash but yet never even tried to speak. This place was a complete disappointment. Never again...

The rooms are spacious with large windows and fairly good lighting. Also there was a refrigerator and a hairdryer in my room. Cleaning staff and reception is very pleasant and speaks several languages. Plus a nice view and a variety of breakfasts. Very good!
