The worst experience in Prague. If i could give a 0 i would have done it. The customer service is the worst. They force you to pay an extra without warning you. Beside the fact that the service is poor, the spa is cold, the towls are not changed every day, They dont’t explain anything and want you to pay extra. It’s a scam! I left this hotel, (I should say hostel) with tears

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is really great: very clean and well equipped rooms, friendly staff speaking different languages, extremely good breakfast, extra facilities like sauna and small swimming pool . A lot of spaces to park a car. Hotel is located 10 minutes from the city centre by tram. Quality vs price is very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel with a reasonable price. Just we had to use a fan because of the extraordinary heat (at August 2015) and the poor air conditioning system.

Though a bit dated and in need of a refresh for the decor, the hotel is quite nice. Everything is kept clean and we found the staff to be pleasant and eager to please. The breakfast buffet is satisfying, but more three stars vs five. They could, for instance, provide better quality bread / pastries, and plant-based milk (there are no vegan options). We stayed 9 nights in the apartment and found it to be very comfortable. The large tub / hand shower is luxurious, but it requires a nimble person to step up and into it; it could be a challenge getting in and out for an elderly person or child. Ample water pressure and hot water, and a towel warmer that also works to dry clothing. A lovely kitchen space with cooktop, tea pot, microwave, and refrigerator.The bedding was divine and we found the mattress to be firm and wonderful to sleep on. I did not hear our neighbors, but one noisy fellow in the reception area keep me awake one night. If the weather had been nicer, we would have enjoyed the patio. We felt very safe, and the location is super convenient for us. We will likely stay here again for future visits.
