Really nice hotel with great customer service. The staff are ever welcoming and nice. Although the rooms are quite small and the facilities are not so modern, it's still a nice hotel to stay based on its proximity to tourist areas and good transport network. What I loved the most about my stay is that we had our room mini bar refilled with water and soft drinks daily, unlike other hotels that sell them. Also, daily the hotel provided yummy treats to all guests at the reception consisting of pastries, cakes, biscuits, water and soft drinks. I would definitely stay here again when next I'm in Paris

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Astoria. All staff members were delightful and eager to help! Especially I would like to mention Tejpal at the breakfast counter is amazing and warm welcoming . Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues and Friends 🙏

Excellent location and customer service. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There are 2 metro stations & 3 supermarkets close to the hotel. The rooms are clean. The soft drinks and water were free in the minibar and the hotel had an open (free) snack bar from 2pm to midnight with soft drinks, croissants, and other snacks. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay and will definitely return when we visit Paris again.

Not a room I would have normally booked. But, the location is nice, the staff are friendly. Free snacks 24x7, plus free water and soda and juice in room replaced daily and access to their sister hotels (17 I think) for more free snacks/water/toilettes around Paris. The free breakfast has a lot to choose from and we used it everyday. The room is tiny, but we only slept here. We did have an issue with the AC but the staff resolved it. Shower has decent pressure and plenty of hot water. I recommend this hotel.
