Wonderful hotel, really simple and easy to navigate! me and my friends came here for a holiday and had a great time. rooms are really spacious, shower is lovely and warm. Breakfast is lovely and comes free with the payment.

Super comfortable bed. Good location, near to tram and metro stop. Very quiet area, that was super good. Very tasty breakfast... Some negative was only that pillow was to small and the room was too hot ( we where there when outside was 30-35degrees) But We will come back ! Greetings from Estonia

Room stinks and looks like its from 1900s. Breakfast was tasteles with cheap ingredients. There were not enough cups, forks, and glasses, and food ran out very fast without anyone coming to refill it.

A low price hotel, where the rooms are not amazing, bit for the price they are okay. They werent many outlets, and none near the beds. The wifi was weak, i ended up using data because it wouldn't reach to my bed. The breakfast was slightly below expectation, the food in general were what was expected at this price, but sometimes there wouldn't be cups, plates or even water and juices out. The day time staff was very friendly and helpful, however the night staff was extremely rude (which is mostly the reason for 3 star instead of 4). We arrived back at the hotel at around 2 am and tried to open the door. I admit this was our fault, we failed to notice the small paper written note to ring the doorbell on the side. However, the lady at the reception was way too rude and even sarcastically knocked on the window before finally letting us in. We came back the next night at around the same time, and this time we obviously ringed. We had to ring for a few minutes before the lady graciously removed her earphones and opened the door, again with the whole passive aggressive thing and knocking on the window. Either she didn't hear or was pretending not to hear when we ringed, neither is okay as it was her sole job. I don't think she should work in the service industry. Please do something about her in the future.
