I stayed for 1 night as I had to catch an early flight from naples airport. Other than close to the airport there is absolutely nothing good about this property. After complaining I was moved to a diff room but that was as bad as the other. Noisy, dingy, untidy. It looked like an old tiring building with lots of renovation work needed. No proper shower doors, toilet seats, rusty shower, hollow electric switches, sockets, aircon made noise all night. Lot of traffic noise as the rooms are facing the main road. Never ever going back there. If you still have free cancellation then go ahead and find another place even otherwise do the same.

You deserve the stars. This is not a four star hotel. I don't know who gave it 4 stars. It's not even a two star hotel. Not at all welcoming and not professionally prepared. Too high a price for what they offer you. Some of the staff are nice and friendly, but unfortunately some are not. The descriptions on the pages have little to do with reality, I advise against buying breakfast, failure. WiFi only at the reception and in the bar, terrible location. The photo of the object has little to do with the reality. Despite the poor room and the mess caused by the renovation, the location of the hotel is not the worst, bus stops are located next to the hotel, the city center and the airport are about 30 minutes away. It can be a good place to stay overnight. The friendly arman from the hotel cafe serves great coffee.

Had a good stay in Naples and this hotel is ideal if you are out all the time exploring this lovely part of Italy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it had air con but it was all very tired and could do with a lick of paint. I wouldn’t recommend the walk into central Naples at night as this area had a load of homeless people sleeping on the streets. Use the R5 bus to get you into the centre safely. Tickets can be purchased from the various tobacco stores and not on the bus. The pizza restaurant were great and were fairly well priced.

This is not a 5 star Hotel! It is barely a 2 star! Rooms are dirty and unfit to stay in. Front door of the hotel smashed in, glass ready to fall. The window sky light in our room had no blind just a piece of paper stuck over it, which didn't fit, so if the sunlight didn't wake you the building work certainly would. The walls in the bedroom were moody and damp. The bathroom was dirty. The builders were using drilling equipment in the next room but one, the room was like a building site. Our passports were taken from us and said they needed to be kept a while. We were handed a remote control and air con control on arrival, as if they would be stolen from the room. After putting our bags in the room we needed some food so left for a while and were told we had to leave our room key at reception. Very anxious about them holding our passports and now having access to our possessions, not to mention the state of the place, we decided to book somewhere else. We asked for a taxi and they wanted to charge us 70 euros for one, when we clearly could get one for 30 euros on the street, which we did. There are children running reception who don't speak english. We hadn't even spent one night there however they refused to reimburse our 25 euros taxes, which i am sure you pay at the end of your stay. Fortunately we managed to get into Una Hotel which is a real 4 star. i wish i could attach photos to show you the difference. Do not make the mistake of staying here. Also no bars in the village and everything closes at 8pm. Everything.Oh and furniture stored right outside our room.

Great service & good communication. They seem new / undergoing renovations but the bed was comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were beautiful with nice black & white marble finish. About 10-15 minutes from Napoli Airport & on a lively street where we could see people eating, drinking, and walking late at night. Will recommend they decorate the rooms a bit more (using portraits, wallpaper, or plants) to make it even more inviting.
