The hotel is family owned and very nice. Service over the top. They booked a last minute tour for me and then pointed to the best shops were I could buy true Italian leather not imported. Would highly recommend this hotel. Close to the train station and accessible.

What an exceptionally top service! Family hotel with heart. We chose this hotel after the car had to be repaired. The hotel sorted out the challenges we had with the car workshop. Next time Florence, then it has to be Hotel Beatrice ❤️

Excellent place; well located, very clean, good room, nice bathroom. Constantino, the owner, stays there all the time and helps in every possible way. No doubt I recommend it!

Very very unexpected excellent service, people there are very nice and warm, they supply common area and free tour guidance😉(map and advice), they help customers to carry their luggages which is very rare for a hotel at this price. The room is very clean and completed in traditional style, the bed is comfortable. Thank you very much, I’ve got a really good experience at ur place in Florence🥂🥂🥂❤️
