A hotel with amazing view! With the balcony room, you can see the Arc and the Eiffel Tower at the same time! Room and bathroom are good sized and clean. The front desk was supper friendly. We enjoyed our stay there, and can’t wait to visit again!

This was a wonderful hotel great location and very friendly staff. It was a great trip would highly recommend. Benoit was especially helpful and kind. A great front man to have in reception. Can’t wait for our next trip!

I honestly wasn't expecting much, but I decided to just book it for the location. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms were great for an antique lover, the staff were so nice and accommodating. Yes, everything was small, but that's what an old hotel in the centre of Paris is about. It was definitely comfortable. I recommend booking a room with a view cause the view is exactly what people want to see when visiting the city. The breakfast was alright, but I could definitely see more options added. The location was absolutely perfect to get direct access to the big bus, Champs Elysee shops, and nearby evening habgouts. Overall, it was a very nice experience and a booking I didn't regret at all.

Worst communication, Poor guest service. We made a reservation in BELFAST, and we deeply regret that choice. There was an issue changing the check-out date from our original booking. The hotel charged us for 2 additional nights without explaining the regulations properly or obtaining our consent. But what bothered me the most was the unfriendly attitude and lack of responses from the hotel. I sent an email to the hotel requesting an investigation into this matter and a resolution. The hotel didn't respond promptly to my emails, and I had to send multiple emails before receiving a reply. Communication through email was ineffective, so I called the hotel. The phone response was even worse. The staff working at night shifted everything to those working during the day and instructed me to call back later. The problem arose when I called to hotel after 9 AM, and a staff member named DAN answered. He claimed to be busy and asked me to call after 2 PM. I have interacted with many hotels, but this was the first time a hotel told me to call back later due to their busy schedule. The hotel staff is truly irresponsible and unprofessional. The hotel acknowledges its mistake but refuses to take responsibility. I'm not sure why this hotel is rated as 4 stars, and their customer response for problem-solving is the worst I've encountered. I don't plan to use this hotel again.
