Great view and venue....but .....the worst restaurant service I have yet to have in Casablanca. First time I haven't given a tip for service in a very long time. Never been denied an assisting charge of my phone while traveling, and waiter wouldn't close the massive canopy to allow for a view of the sunset from my seat. Very cold waiter experience.

Booked an apartment belongs and attached to the hotel. Apartment is not as good as you see in pictures. Mattresses are stinky/smelly, bathroom fixtures and fittings are junk and most important is WiFi don't work in the apartment. Contacted host, was not available for 3 days, his maintenance staff came and failed to fix and asked to talk to host. When I contacted host on his return, instead of fixing he suggested to go to the coffee shop and use the internet there. I am on vacation but have to run my business as well. If I have to go to coffee shop to use internet, then I don't need to rent this apartment, just buy a coffee and spend the day. I rented this apartment for privacy and working without distractions. Originally booked for 3 weeks changed due to travel plan and had worst one week stay. Not worth even for half the rate listed.

Faded glory & had better days - but still has one of the quietest, most charming ocean views from its terrace. The waiter's are delightful & it wouldn't take much to restore it to a really elegant hotel - but for now, just reassuringly un-2019
