Good location. Value for money, by Sao Paulo standards. Good breakfast. But lacked a good and simple environment. The facilities are quite old and more reminiscent of an inner-city hotel.

All ugly, I asked to arrive at 7am, I arrived at 12 and they wanted to make me pay 120 for the room in advance as check-in was at 2pm. They said that this does not inform the booking since I entered my arrival time, even though it took me a while When we arrived, we were tired and had to pay the extra, which they didn't even give invoice, bad luck, in the end I paid 60 extra, the room was at the back of the hotel that faced the street directly, and the street is undergoing renovations and they did noises of 120 decibels from 2am until 7am, I recorded videos without being able to sleep, as I was an elderly woman they didn't want to give me a solution besides me having to pay another 120 reais for another room, in the room there was no bathroom it closed, the windows that faced the street also didn't close so the air was hot in addition to the air conditioning, the worst experience I had in Brazil with this hotel, since I booked and recommended them, bad service, at the entrance there is a sound toy when we pass by, they don't let us talk to the attendants, they are very annoying all the time, they never put out toilet paper, the room is old and dirty, I repeat, no windows closed nor the bathroom door closed, the toilet ran out every time I took the service chain horrible, I don't recommend anyone ever stay there because you'll have the worst night of your life

The first time was not so good, so much so that my old rating was only 2 stars, but the second time it was very good, the place is still great, the rooms can still be improved, failures when turning the key in the door and everything, and my praise goes to the service, because I called the entrance and Maria was there, and she informed me that there was no Martini, nor strawberry shake as there was no condensed milk, I wanted to complain because there was nothing I wanted to drink I didn't have one, but I helped her create a shake with sugar and without condensed milk, which turned out great, so my applause goes to her, who accepted my different idea and put her hand to the dough with love, because the beat was great, and I left happy with the result, both with the service, and with being able to work with just dialogue without offense or violence.
