For the price, it was great! Our room had many windows that illuminated our room nicely. The room was very clean and front desk staff were friendly. The area felt safe, and the hotel had night security. Location was great for all Gaudi attractions. The gothic quarter and beach are longer to walk, but the metro is close by.

The experience with the staff was terrible. I am a person how travels often and never experience this treatment as a guest. I have a e-mail from the hotel confirming me a surten cost of a room and when we arrived there the cost was double. When we asked for breakfast boxes they are replaying with a poor attitude that they don’t do it. I saw another incident when the receptionist was yelling at a guest saying “I don’t care, make a complain if you want to, what do you want for me now “. The fact that you reply on negative comments insulting the previous guests who address your problem, It’s a proof that you need to improve your hospitality skills.

Desk clerks, every one of them, are most polite, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the Segrada. The room is clean, next to supermarkets, cafes. The breakfast has a wide assortment from eggs and pancetta to fruits and pastries. The coffee is strong. Very pleased.

The staff was very rude. My friend was sick in the room, so I wanted to bring her two slices of toast in the room for breakfast, but they didn't allow, although breakfast was paid for both of us. A scandal was needed to be able to take the toast in the room. Also, as the plane left early, they didn't want to prepare breakfast box, as all hotels do. Strongly NOT recommend this hotel.
