Stayed in a double room for a week. Location is really good, only few minutes walk to the historical center and the main train station. The staff is really nice. There were not an elevator but they helped us with luggages. The breakfast compared with other 3* hotels is really good. The smell of the bakery wakes you up at 6:30 😂. The rooms are also nice and clean.

Our room was clean and ready ahead of checkin!!! Thank you Very much! If you need a quick stay in Milan this is a great option, we were traveling with two small kids and our bed arrangement was one queen (1+1twin ) plus two twin beds. We all slept great and Had a great stay! Thank You! Internet WI-FI was also a great Plus!!!

We stayed 3 nights in Milan. The room was everything we needed: bed, bathroom and a nice little balcony. Not really big but just big enough for the both of us. We were out most of the time so we didn’t need anything extra. They served breakfast but we didn’t try it since we always were out. Super nice friendly front staff, open 24/7. Definitely recommended for people who are out most of the time and just really need a place to sleep in a quiet area. Also, location was perfect, close enough to any metro/bus/train. Would book again here.

Small and cozy hotel a bit hidden in a side street in Milan. Very friendly staff and personal service. Fresh baked croissants for breakfast every morning. The hotel is rustical and charming, with big metal room keys you give to the reception every time you go out, vintage interior decor, and appliances which are old but well maintained. My room was old but very clean. If you want a big chain with plastic room cards and glass elevators and a different person at the reception every day, go elsewhere. This hotel is a sweet little mom-and-pop stop with extremely friendly and helpful staff which feels frozen in time. Maybe it's not the best for light sleepers due to a bit of street noise, very firm mattresses, and a little bit of light in the room (from under the door and on the TV). None of this bothered me, however.
