This 8-night stay at the Britannique Hotel was my third stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff is some of the best in the industry - always with a friendly smile and greeting, and ready to help with anything you need at any time. The rooms are slightly larger than the traditional "tiny" Paris hotel room, with a lot of storage space and window light. The rooms are extremely clean with fantastic and efficient maid service. (You put out the "make my room sign," go to breakfast, and voila!! Over my three stays at this hotel I have enjoyed rooms on both the street side & the back side that faces another part of the building. This time I took the room with no view (back of building), and it was so wonderfully QUIET!!! In the room is a desk that was perfect for my work with plenty of outlets, and a very quiet refrigerator equipped with a perfect selection of mini bar items and a wonderful red wine that I enjoyed more than once! The hotel breakfast is perfect for each morning so you can manage a full day of activity without worry about meals again until dinner. The location is beyond wonderful. The hotel is in the heart of everything - restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing. The Chatelet metro and bus service are only steps away. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in the heart of Paris! Thank you to the staff at this wonderful boutique hotel. You're doing a wonderful job, and I'll be happy to visit you once again in the near future!

Beautiful Hotel in a great location!! Lots of shops, restaurants and transportation close by. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was small, but that's as expected for most boutique hotels in Paris, however, the amenities were well received, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine was nice. I was having back pain so I ordered a heating pad from Amazon and it found it's way to our room. Caution - Elevator is super small. Riots going on made it interesting.

I stayed at the Britannique for a few days and would highly recommend it. The location is unbeatable, the staff are friendly, and the rooms have a romantic but chic vibe that I don't often see. One small drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, but you should be spending time in the city anyway!

5 stars for everything! Great location, just 1 tiny alley from La Seine with views of la tour Eiffel. Very professional service and nice, clean rooms with a very nice baloney. My favorite service was the pre- check in survey, sent about 1 week before arrival. They offer to purchase almost anything you need, ranging from car services to/ from the airport, train stations, Versailles, Disney, tickets to the museum, wine for your room, restaurant recommendations and my personal favorite: metro tickets. Michelle from the hotel was very helpful with this. The car service they provided to the airport on my last day was perfect, no stress, the driver arrived early, spoke English and very professional.
