Besides being a charming hotel, well situated in Florence, the staff at this hotel are the best I have experienced so far in my travels. My luggage was lost upon arrival, and the staff did everything they could to assist. They called several times to try and locate it with the Florence airport, provided me toiletries, and a map where I could find clothes until it arrived. They also personally remembered my name and greeted me warmly daily. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location, five minutes to train station. Good sized clean rooms. A bit harder to locate as you have to find the name of the hotel on the plaque outside and buzz to be let upstairs where the hotel is located.

The hotel is extremely charming. You can definitely feel the history of the building and can't help to be be awe struck by it's frescos. The service was superior. Our room was the fresco room) and I could have spent days admiring the details and still not be able to appreciate it all. The room was quite and the bed was just the right level of firmness. The location of the hotel itself is perfect. You can walk all of centro without issue and you are really in the heart of the best restaurant zone in Florence.
