4 star is way too much for this hotel, it’s unbelievably poor quality doesn’t deserve even a star but the options not available to give less than one. Rooms are terrible, breakfast bar is worse and if you mind about your health you wouldn’t eat in there. Shower screen broken and fixed with cable ties, I could not believe that. Nothing available in the rooms , no kettle or tea or coffee, nothing! How can they get 4 stars. It’s actually a seriously creepy and dangerous especially with kids. Location is close to the centre but I would never go there again. Check the photos and you’ll see what I mean by this hotels shockingly poor quality in every aspects. Avoid 100%

Great location, with some non-touristy food options, just around the corner, and walking distance to the train station and tram to airport. My room came with breakfast, continental as well as ham and scrambled eggs. The staff was very friendly and helpful - I actually got a quiet room as I asked for! And they kept my sunglasses that I left in my room until I came back to pick it up, 2 days after check out. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a bit nervous because the reviews weren't great. But it is actually a decent hotel. The room was nice and sunny and suitably sized for a single person, the air conditioner works perfectly. The bathroom is perfectly sized with a bidet. The hotel itself is really nice and warm. The location is amazing, around 12 mins walk from the station and 5 mins walk from the Duomo and the historical centre. The breakfast was okay, could have been better but functional. The service was decent as well.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, and has recently been renovated. Unfortunately the staff and services are chaotic. The terrace "panoramic" bar wasn't open when it should have been and although the barman was nice enough there were no beers in the fridge even though we were the only patrons so we had to make do with something else. There was left luggage all over the entrance hall all the time. Said entrance hall was totally unwelcoming with a random table and chairs in the centre with a couple of armchairs pushed in a corner. When we arrived the maids were cleaning the rooms and there were piles of laundry everywhere. We couldn't use the lift as it was being by the maids. And walking to the rooms was like an obstacle course. The overall impression was of disorgansation . Even the office doorbehind the reception desk was always open giving everyone full view of the mess inside. Breakfast was adequate but, again, disorgansed and chaotic. The were 4 members of staff going back and forth for the while time we were sitting in the Breakfast room.
