The hotel room had a modern feel, but the carpets were gross and disgusting. Additionally, the lack of luggage storage after check-out was disappointing and inconvenient. Improvement in cleanliness and post-check-out services would enhance the overall experience.

Modern and clean hotel serving a pretty generous breakfast in the morning (could use the addition of some fruit). Service was very good: I had an issue with my bathroom sink not draining and the reception sent someone within minutes of me calling. For me the only downside is that it’s not really walking distance to much but if you have a car/driver or take taxis it’s ok. The reception recommended a hammam to my friend and she absolutely loved her experience.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the streets around it are dirty. Some of the rooms are bigger than others and some can be very noisy depending on which side the room is on, especially if it's on the street where the tram line is.
