Just stayed for 3 nights with my mate - 50 euros a night each is good value for money. The rooms were better than we thought, we had a double bed, single bed, bathroom and balcony. There was also room service where they cleaned and replaced towels. It's perfect for a cheap and cheerful weekender. Only downside is the street outside is a bit sketchy (I found it fine but I can see why others moan), but it is less than 10 minute walk to La Rambla.

For this price you can't ask for much more, the rooms are clean and everything very well tidy. The people at the reception are friendly, I have not had any problems with them and from the location I can say, we are in the Raval, it is not a very friendly place but it is very close to the rambla so it compensates, it is also a straight road. Overall amazing for the price, I recommend it 100%

DON’T GO THERE!!! I‘m writing this review to warn you. It‘s a dark and dirty place with rooms like prison cells. The pictures have nothing to do with reality. I left there after one night because it was so ugly. I didn’t expect much for the price but this was the worst accomodation I ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and look for another hostel. Update: Regarding the reply of the owner: There is no reception lady (just some boys sitting at a desk playing mobile phone games) and there was no police. I think the whole "accomodation" is a scam, just look at the other 1-star reviews which reflect the truth. ... So sad that they lie instead of taking the reviews seriously and as a chance to improve the place.

Tried to make me pay €50 cash as ‘tourists tax’, but I booked via Airbnb so that should have been included. It also had to be cash. It feels like they tried to scam me. Luckily I didn’t pay. The rooms are small, but clean. For the price it’s fine. The location is good, but the neighborhood is bad. If I was a girl I wouldn’t walk around alone in the evening.
