This is the worst hotel I have ever been to ! I was biten by bed bugs and now I have to pay for disinfection... I told receptionists about bed bugs and they claimed that never had this problem which is not true because I found other review that someone was also biten by bed bugs. Better pay more for other hotel than stay in this disaster-hotel. I recommend to keep away from them.

The worse place book ever do you call yourself a hotel? city council should put you out of business. it is a waste of money. DO NOT BOOK l bet most of the review written by them

We've smoked in the room because the room smelled like a corpse, it is understandable that it is an old building but to cover the wet carpet and old moldy smell, we've had to smoke. I'm very okay with paying the 100 euro fine and that wasn't my problem. Although the yelling, trying to get into my room etc was very very scary, problematic. I'm going to sue them in international channels especially and just for Racist behaviour they've made. Do not sign anything there. These people are scammers. The hotel was old and lacked modern amenities. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and had unpleasant odors. The staff was rude and displayed racist behavior. There were problems with the deposit and disruptive late-night visits. The condition of the rooms was deplorable. Overall, it was a nightmarish experience, and it's recommended to choose another option for comfort and well-being.
