Worth of recomment when you search for the place to sleep in the budget way. Personel? Good! Elavator slow as hell, Room overall good BUT the toughest bed I've ever slept in. My back hurt so bad, I'm so happy I'm back home in my own bed. Shower very small, don't you even think to hop in with your "partner in crime" hehe.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The location is ok for travellers of 2-3 nights stay at Rome. The walls of the room were dirty. Overall this hotel has good prices comparing with stratospheric prices of Roma Hotels.

The hotel has a new owner so the other reviews may be outdated. We had an excellent stay at this hotel, and whenever we had a problem (even the slightest), the hotel staff would do everything possible to help us out. During daytime, you'll find Valeria, a very helpful receptionist who did the check-in for us. Enjoyed the small talk with her. During night-time, we were aided by this very nice woman who worked 2 jobs a day but still managed to be always smiling and even printed some guides for us (please remind me of her name). The neighborhood is also nice, so for me, if I had to go back to Rome one day, I'll probably book a room there again.

I don’t even know where to start. Our flight got delayed so we had to check in at 3 am. Front door locked so we had no way in. We had to walk to another hotel to check in and then walk back again. When we got into the room it was dirty and sheets had rips in them. The air conditioning wasn’t working and it was extremely hot in our room. Our toilet didn’t flush and the water was cold. The next morning we woke up there were ants everywhere in our room is was disgusting. The receptionist was actually nice she let us move room. But when we got to the knew room the curtains were broken the beds and walls were dirty again and the air conditioning didn’t work again. Room was just filthy. Nightmare. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
