Great service and excellent breakfast, plus right in the heart of the historic center. We booked one of the smaller rooms, which was fine with two carry-ons, but a larger room would be needed if traveling with bigger or more luggage. The bathroom was clean and modern. Our room had a separate toilet room with bidet. The beautiful large window in our room offered a great view.

The hotel has a nice feel as you enter, but it is very dated and could do with an update. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The lift is a nightmare and can only accommodate 2 persons. On arrival with our luggage, we had to split up, 1 person with the luggage and the other following after. The rooms were spacious, but the bathrooms lacked details like somewhere to put the shampoo, conditioner, and soap. One real star is the kind lady who runs the kitchen. She was awesome, friendly, efficient, and always with a smile on her face. The hotel is within walking distance to most local amenities, like the Duomo, Baptistry the Ponte Vechia, train station, and pickup points for local tours. However, when we checked out, we took a taxi organized by reception. It was well worth the 14Euro.

Great hotel, rooms were nice and clean, staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was also very good. Loved the area it was in, easy to walk to everything ! Would definitely stay here again!
