Had a great 4 night visit to Paris for our anniversary. Rooms were perfectly good, but a bit cosy. Breakfast was continental, as expected with the added bonus of a good selection of cold meats and cheeses. We loved the trip.

On 29th of December we booked One room at 4th floor... The hotel was quite nice and well made, room was cleaned tiny and freezing cold... We asked at reception and the said that they couldnt help with that because the water pressure for the central heating was not enough because of the 4th floor... We asked to help us with some electrical heaters but they were not available... However as far as i know the guys at reception was quite upset with us for our "problem" with heater..... Overall i would think twice next time before to' book a room with them...

This place is great. Rooms are modest but very comfortable and v clean, breakfast is a generous buffet. Well-placed for getting round Paris with a metro stop and a bus route for the city centre within spitting distance; also loads of really good, different and interesting places to eat within a block or two. And the staff are GREAT: immensely helpful, friendly, competent, endlessly patient - even when there were really bad things going on locally (we were there during the bad riots in Paris) and they must have been so distracted and worried. But you would not have known, and their service was impeccable. The lovely ladies on Front Desk helped us with a major problem with a lost item of medical kit with such patience and tenacity till we could find a replacement. Hats off to them.

I experienced so impressive service at this hotel. I didn’t stay here honestly but I asked help for one thing. I was desperate but it was in the early morning I couldn’t find any other place. However the receptionist ’Muti’ helped me out willingly and offered me very professional service. If he reads this review, I really would like to say ‘Merci beaucoup’!!! You saved my life. I wish you the best luck! I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Paris. Thank you!
