Absolutely customers unfriendly hotel. We booked the 4 nights unfortunately in this hotel. The bathroom was completely in black mold, all walls in shower. The breakfast is till 10 am, and exactly at 10 am the lady came and asked us to leave, although we were still finishing the food and coffee. We are just speechless, we have never seen such attitude anywhere else. In the room no teapot, no tea or coffee, in the evening not possible to order tea or coffee. We requested because of the mold the cancellation of two nights from four, and the hotel took from us for one extra night the payment as “penalty” for cancellation. Terrible place, I don’t recommend staying here at all. Unfriendly, had mold and just charging extra money.

We had a lot of mold in our bathroom, really a lot. We booked 4 nights, but after 2nd we had to cancel our stay because of the mold. but we were charged 3 nights, even though we only stayed 2 nights. No tea and coffee in the room/reception.

Rooms are very small (petite queen). I had a carry on sized suitcase and there was nowhere to put it. Usually it might have fit under the bed but that space was used to put towels and extra blankets. There was also no closet or desk to do work. There is a desk, but a normal person wouldn't fit in there. Other minuses: no ironing board, no water kettle. Only amenity given was toothbrush. Not even a glass for brushing teeth in the toilet. Plus: The room is clean. Location: Sleepy part of gangnam. Immediate area did not have much of anything.
