Breakfast is good. The restaurant, however, is characterised by extremely poor service and food quality. It is the price/quality ratio that is mot acceptable. A rip off! The place is presented as four-star but in fact is more like a two- or three-star place in other European countries with a longstanding tourism experience.

A lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Split, room was spotless we had a sea view with a balcony the bed was a proper double and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and very nice, the staff were pleasant whilst clearing tables and refilling the buffet A little way to Riva, 15 minute walk downhill though, a bit longer on the way back The pool areas were well kept and there was a cool and friendly vibe around the outdoor pool, could get drinks and snacks,

booked this place last minute as our other hotel cancelled on us and it was a blessing in disguise. 2 pools (one outdoor, one indoor), gym, breakfast included, 24/7 reception and daily cleaning. our room had 2 twins beds pushed together with separate duvets which was lovely, colour scheme seems to be oak and red, ac which was needed in 37°c summer, stunning ocean view. gorgeous family run business

Hotel is well managed, well kept and beautiful. It is a good walk from the Riva, so be prepared, but still beautiful to walk and take in the town. Worst case scenario, ubers were abundant and cheap (I recommend setting the drop off for St Francis Church and Convent). Breakfast is great, service is very good, staff is extremely nice and friendly. Love the sauna, fitness area, pool and lockers on the bottom floor. Beautiful outside pool. I had a bay view room and it was a beautiful room and view.
