They support me to upgrade the room and early checkin without any sur-charge. The room is big with full balcony. The receptionist is very friendly also. Location is surrounded by many eateries. If there are some convenience stores then it will be better. Anyway, highly recommended.

I really wanted to like this place but it's actually a little too far from the city centre. The neighborhood is vibrant but doesn't cater much. Breakfast is pretty basic but the lady attending to it, is great! The room is big and cleaned I thought, until I found a toilet roll smudged in brown. Big drawbacks is the staff not speaking English, making basic communication hard. They're always friendly and attentive but it's very hard to understand eachother.

Great service and very comfortable and clean rooms. Particularly interesting for people travelling by train, as it’s located besides the Hanoi train station. Also the breakfast on the 8th floor is okay and offers a view.

The most disappointing aspect of this hotel was that the rooms advertised as having a balcony with patio furniture is a lie. The balcony is 12 inches wide and barely large enough to hold a potted plant, let alone any furniture. Unless you are super skinny and wish to sit on the ground, don't bother opening the balcony doors, it might as well be a window with a ledge.

First time being abroad I chose north Vietnam through a travel agency. First hotel was khach San dela seine. The hotel was great and clean inside. The staff were great. A big shout out to ly ly, she genuinely made me feel welcome to the hotel. As this was first time abroad you don't realise how much it helped. Had a great sleep, I was shocked as streets were noisy but being in a room facing the street I didn't hear a lot. Breakfast was great too, went out they're way to get up early for breakfast as I left at 6:30-7am. I don't know his name but getting up early when you didn't have to, I thank you. Booking up to do maybe south Vietnam next year, enjoyed Hanoi and the hotel that I will make a point in coming back for a couple days. 10/10 great experience
