· The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Salle the breakfast attendant - he was truly marvelous! The location was fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the Metro and you can walk to the Louvre from the hotel. It is also within walking distance from many cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms were small, but had plenty of storage space, and the bedding was lovely - very comfortable, and the toiletries were of a very high quality. The complementary champagne and snacks were very welcome on arrival. I cannot recommend the Tamise more highly!!

Nice boutique hotel in a very cool part of Paris. A few blocks from the Louvre and a few steps from some of the best shopping in the city. Rooms are a bit small but the hotel is very nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great experience having breakfast in the hotel. We were served by a young guy from India (I believe his name was Saleh) - really enjoyed chatting with him while we ate. He offered us entirely too much food and was also very helpful getting us a cab to the airport.

My fiance and I stayed at Hotel La Tamise for 4 nights in December and had a fantastic experience! From a location standpoint, it can’t be beat - we were close (walking distance for us) to most major “touristy” destinations like the Louvre, Champs Elysees, right off of Rue Saint Honore, etc. and within close walking distance to shops, coffee and breakfast, and bars and restaurants. Of course it’s a bit touristy because it’s so close to major tourist destinations, but the central location was perfect. The room was beautiful, we booked a Superior room and we had a great window on the street, a large bed, and a bathroom with a tub, large shower (with heated towel rack,) and toilet separate. I see complaints in other reviews about room size, but in my experience with European hotels, this was large and accommodating. The hotel also has a bar area for breakfast, but where you can enjoy a drink or two, which we did before calling it a night several evenings. It helped that we enjoyed conversation with the bartenders! The staff set our experience apart. They were so helpful, warm during all interactions, and extremely friendly and supportive when we had some stress surrounding some cancelled flights. While we fortunately didn’t need to push our flight another day, they were working with us to potentially book another night if necessary; they also shipped my AirPods that I left in the room back, which I feel not all hotels - specifically internationally - would do. It felt like a boutique experience without being in a massive hotel or with the inflated price tag. This trip was celebrating our recent engagement and it was a nice touch that we had some treats and a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us upon our arrival! We had an incredible time, and we will definitely be back to this hotel the next time we are in Paris!

My fiance and I loved our stay at the Hotel La Tamise and would certainly recommend staying here in Paris. The hotel is in a classy part of town, and is very accessible to all the museums and points of interest in Paris, including the Louvre, Museum d'Orsay, and tons of amazing restaurants. The staff warmly greeted us upon our arrival, and made us feel special and welcome in Paris. The room amenities included coffee, tea, little cookies, bottled water, luxury brand shampoo and lotions, an umbrella, bath robes and a super comfortable bed with extra pillows. I also loved how we were able to purchase museum passes directly from the hotel that included entrance to over 35 different museums throughout Paris. This was my fiance's first time in Paris, and he said he wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We will definitely come back to the Hotel La Tamise the next time we are in Paris.
