Stayed over for the weekend of Rugby World Cup Final 2023 (GO BOKKE!) and the experience was great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Had the breakfast for one of the mornings but it was exceptionally great. Fresh croissants and fluffy eggs are always a great way to start your day. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Paris. Keep up the great service. Light sleepers might struggle with the street facing rooms. There are earplugs provided to guests in the rooms.

Stayed here for the weekend and it a good experience overall. Great value for money. Rooms are a decent size if travelling solo. They are very clean but small. The staff are very nice and took good care of me. Many people complain about the train noise which is barely noticeable so don’t be discouraged to stay here for that reason. Only complaint is that the tv’s only have French channels.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Based on our experience Pros: The location is nice and close to public transport. Rooms are clean and house keeping does a great job in daily cleaning. A big kudos for them. A good budgeted hotel for a short stay. However inconveniences were faced from the first day of our stay. Cons: Two single beds are joined to make a double bed for couple in such a way that they drifted apart while we slept as the mattresses slanted in middle. When reported this to the receptionist they said it can’t be changed and offered a smaller room (we of course declined as we paid for the one we booked) When asked for tea bags from the reception on 6th day, the gentleman (at 06/12/2023 7:15pm) said that tea is only given on first day and later you need to buy it (false information since we we’re getting it everyday as it is complimentary) Overall, an average experience. Some staff members are nice and some forget to smile (like mentioned above)

Very friendly service. A good looking lobby and eating room. The location is OK, as it is close to the main train stations. Nevertheless, if you want to seightseeing, it is at least 30min walk to the heart of the centre, going by metro is not much shorter. The rooms were clean and good looking. However we had a room at the floor, everyone could look in our Window with open curtains. And the „view“ was into the yard, where people were sitting. Would go there again, for the price.
