I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de Looier in Amsterdam and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. As a family-run hotel, it had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. It is within walking distance to public transport, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Whether you want to visit famous landmarks or discover hidden gems, you're just a short journey away. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy and the pillows were simply amazing. I had a restful night's sleep every night, which is exactly what you need after a long day of exploring the city. What truly sets Hotel de Looier apart is its super friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They were always ready to provide recommendations, answer any questions, and make me feel valued as a guest. Another great aspect of this hotel is its quiet ambiance. Despite its central location, the hotel was remarkably peaceful, allowing me to unwind and relax after a busy day. It was a refreshing escape from the bustling city streets. Our experience at Hotel de Looier was exceptional. From the comfortable room to the super friendly staff, everything was top-notch. If you're looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Amsterdam, I highly recommend Hotel de Looier.

We had a very pleasant stay. Location is superb, everyone was very nice and the rooms are very clean. Also big thumbs up to the housekeeping staff :-) daily towel changing. my only contra is that we could not open the windows. Woke up a few mornings with a headache. Room had the AC thing or whatever it’s called in the room tho. Other than that I was very pleased with the hotel and can recommend it to others :) would book here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Hotel De Looier. The staff were really nice and location perfect. Amra(a manager) made fabulous eggs for us and best of all she made homemade pies as well. Delicious!! I would definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms are small but functional, clean with bright natural lighting. They have a an electric fan, coffeemaker, some teas and cups/glasses and teaspoons in the room which I love. They have shampoo/body wash already built in the shower. They cleaned my room everyday and replenished whatever I needed. The concierges were lovely! The night I checked in, this lovely blonde lady gave me a map where she drew up routes and marked possible places I could visit. The hotel also has a QR code with links to their partner establishments where you can get freebies and discounts if you sign up through them. They have a whatsapp link where you can message for any inquiry making them easily available which as a solo traveler is very helpful! I loved staying there so much I extended an extra night! 💖💖💖
