Beside all this comments I can say that we found a very clean room and the shower clean spotless. The construction site is still here. The stairs are not ready yet but accesibile. You find a supermarket right at the corner and a lot of other cafes and places to eat like minutes apart. Oh yes! The breakfast was very good. Free coffee also. Cadet metro station is like 3 minutes walking and a ticket is only 2.50 euros.

I was scared to book this hotel because of the reviews and the pictures but luckily ended up in a lovely place. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was small but more thank enough for 2 people for a citybreake. The breakfast was minimal but just enough. Last but not least... I loved the balcony. All in all it was a very beautiful experience.

The location is the only good thing about this place. We found a puddle of water when we walked into our room. It was very outdated and in a bad condition. Some of our lights didn’t work and the WiFi didn’t reach our floor. The closet had no doors and the bedding was horrible. When we warned the staff about this, no one was taking action to help us with our problems. We left without spending the night.

We had a small but nice room, with a beautyfull bath (including a shower/ bathtub, a toilet and a sinkt) our room Had a little bit of dust in the corners but nothing horrible. (They still cleaned the room everyday and made our bed). The breakfast was pretty good they Had a normal french breakfast with a small bread, a small Croissant and a small choco croissant (there was also the Option for some fresh orange Juice or Coffee, Tea and hot chocolate). The Personal was very friendly, we Had No Problems at all and i think as you behave like a nice person they will do it Same with everyone. The Position was also very good, we we're a few minutes away from the Metro and the trainstation, there was also a little Supermarket almost across the street There is nothing more that i can say Good price/reward ratio
