We stayed 6 nights and had a lovely time. Excellent light blocking curtains to help with jet lag. Clean. 24 hour desk clerk was always friendly and helpful. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to all museums and shopping.

With well equipped room and generous space, we had spent 3 pleasant nights here. The room was clean and calm (despite we could sometimes hear the neighbour yelling in the morning). Nothing to complain except 1) the electrical system : the air-conditioning was went down to 20°C each night and the main light was off for no reason many times during our stay. 2) the cleaning lady knocked at our door at 10 am each day

Hotel Rooms were decent. Construction in front of the hotel was noisy. The only thing I really didn’t like about this hotel was the service. Came back after dinner around 12am and when we arrived, the lobby was pitch black with no lights or concierge which is weird for a hotel. To my luck, my key was not working to open our room door so we went back down and was confused on what to do with no one working so we walked around looking for a number to call in case of this event. Out of no where behind us in the pitch dark the concierge appeared quietly and scared us. My 60 year old mother screamed because she was so frightened. And then he asked us why are we yelling like he didn’t just appear out of the breakfast area so quietly with no lights on? He was so rude and maybe it’s because we disturbed his sleep in the breakfast area. No thank you
