Absolutely loved our stay here! The service, cleanliness, and overall design of our room was fantastic. The room we got was so spacious and had beautiful large windows! Would come back to Venice just to stay here!

Where Do I begin. Not only was the staff rude and unhelpful, but If I’m paying this price I would expect at least more than one towel. We asked for extra and they refused for the week ! There was two people in the room. They hounded us the ENTIRE breakfast to sign the receipt- let me enjoy my meal and not for nothing I don’t need to touch a dirty pen while I eat. Also they asked us every morning to show our passports for breakfast saying they “lost it”. It’s a 15 dollar mediocre and cold breakfast so relax no one is trying to steal this. We asked for dinner suggestions and he said “no English” but when we realized we were fluent in Italian and Spanish as well he loudly sighed and said no I am busy in English. The staff does not like Americans, we know this because if you speak Poorly we speak the language. They also don’t like other Italians because they were mocking my cousins dialect. We were old locals visiting family. Lastly. Their doors don’t shut well. If I’m paying over 500 a night don’t say from your seat “ hello shut that” your work there you could have shut it. Another thing is they offered a welcome drink when I came in and when I said yes twice he just looked at me and walked away Insanely Rude staff that was honestly useless. If there’s no help or room service then why hire people. The only thing they were active on was annoying us every meal

Overall, this was a great hotel to stay in. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We came in quite late (around 11pm) but it was no problem as they had a 24 hour front desk. The staff at the front desk have been lovely to us and helped us with restaurant recommendations and booking reservations for us. The restaurant one staff recommended ended up being our favourite meal in Italy so far. The location is fantastic. Venice is super walkable, but there are a ton of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is a 10 minute walk from St Marco' square, and a 15 minute walk from Rialto bridge. The area also being on a dead end street also means there is not a lot of walking traffic so the hotel is quite quiet. The dead end (being about 100 feet front the door of the hotel) is along the grand canal with views of Bascillica di Santa Maria della salute. It is a great spot for pictures, as we took pictures uninterrupted for almost 10 minutes. The room we got was very small, but clean and comfortable with a clean working bathroom. I found the bed and pillows comfortable as well, but ask for an extra blanket because the room got pretty cool on us and we learned the first night as all they gave us was a sheet. Air conditioning also works very well which was nice coming back to after walking around in 30° weather. Breakfast was 15€ per person so we skipped it and went to a cafe where we spent 15€ total.
