How would you feel if you'd checked into a room with a broken bathroom door, a leaking heater, dirty bed sheets with hairs on them, a constant noise of water leaking behind the wall, the minibar not working and a room a few meters smaller than advertised? Now add to that a receptionist that refuses to change your room unless you pay for another room. Edit: water not draining in the shower, receptionist thinks it's OK that the bathroom door is unscrewed, found blood stains on the blanket

I was very satisfied with my hotel room. They gave us a room upgrade for 2 rooms when I booked a deluxe room×2. Rooms were clean and well serviced every day. Didn't have coffee powder which was the only drawback. Only tea pack was provided. Reception staff were very kind and helpful.

Very small rooms but very clean. Big noise from the street at night, find better noise cancelling windows. The guy at reception I tell him about my problem and he says why don’t you go to a 5 stars hotel for better experience, rude guy!

A terrible hotel where the staff is hired to lie. They themselves offered to park the car in the evening, since they specialize in this. We handed them the keys, trusting them. They scratched the car on all sides and decided to hide it. In the morning they offered to pick up the car from the parking lot themselves. Although in the evening they provided their own parking services. After driving the car out of the parking lot, we found scratches on all sides of the car. For 3 hours the staff pretended to be calling somewhere and looking for an evening parking attendant. After waiting three hours, we did not receive any information or offers of compensation from them. This is the worst hotel in Milan and its owners should be punished for their actions.
