The most comfortable hotel I've ever been in. It's like a little house, not a hotel room. It is possible to stay for both short and long periods. There is an extra radiator, microwave, kettle and iron in the room. Additionally, the shower is very relaxing and gives a spa effect. Breakfast was also very enjoyable and delicious. Comfort of bed and pillows, mini sofa and coffee table. Small details, lights that create a beautiful ambience... It is a truly successful, well-thought-out place. The waiters and staff were also very polite. It would be good if those who only serve tea and coffee knew basic English. It was annoying not being understood when asking for coffee. We came to Paris from the Netherlands. It must not be possible for all people from all over the world to know French. Still, it deserves five stars.

Plus: All staff were very friendly. Louis was especially nice and helped me with carrying my luggage up without even needing to ask him. (There is no elevator) The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable. Good shower. Big shelf in bathroom to put toiletries. My room was towards the back, there wasn’t too much street noise. The area is lovely. Pedestrian zones, nice shops, cafés and restaurants. It feels safe. Minus: internet didn’t work properly on the third floor for several days and even when they said it’s fixed it still didn’t work properly. I don’t get the full wifi signal. Lots of interruptions on Skype. No services such as laundry etc. There is a laundry across the street but they are very slow and closed on weekends. Room smells stuffy. Moldy…? Need to keep the windows open in winter.

This is a great hotel if you are looking for cleanliness, friendly helpful staff and an affordable option. The area is charming, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Our room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. It’s just 4 stops (15 mins) train into central Paris. We’ll definitely book here again.
